Carlene's niche is operations management and she provides unique expertise to the firm. Her background as a senior operating executive with marquee global organizations provides her with the rare combination of both P&L responsibility of company owned and franchise operated retail financial locations. Her areas of focus include the management of all customer facing activities including marketing, legal, financial and human resources. Her experience resides predominantly in the financial services and consumer products environments. Executive level expertise covers strategy, strategic market analysis, process improvement and teambuilding.
Her resume includes leadership positions with H&R Block, Inc., Scott Paper Company and Leo Burnett, Inc. In addition she has experience in sports marketing where she conceived and executed highly successful marketing and promotion programs for such well known enterprises as Mattel, the NFL, and Lever Brothers.
She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a BA in communications from St. Norbert College. In addition, Ms Szostak serves on several Boards and is active in local charitable foundations.
